Will the colour online be the colour I receive?
We try our utmost to ensure that all colour swatches online are as close as possible to the shade. However, due the vast variations in computer screens, colour saturation settings and devices, colours may appear different. If you are looking for a specific colour get in touch and we will do our best to make a suggestion.
Can I contact Vision Nails by phone?
Yes, although we’re specifically set up to deal with enquiries quickly and efficiently via the enquiry form or email. Currently out of stock ?
Items displayed as 'Out of Stock' are temporarily out of stock at our distribution centre. These products cannot be bought until they are back in stock, please choose another product but be rest assured we are working behind the scenes to get these items back in as soon as possible. Once back in stock these items will be available to order again.
I didn't receive a receipt with my goods, should I have?
To save on paper, all receipts are emailed to the address you registered with. Please ensure we have your correct email address and that you are able to receive emails from us. You can also print a receipt yourself, just Sign in to your account and open "My account"
I didn’t receive a confirmation email of my order, has it still gone through?
There are many possible reasons for not receiving your confirmation email. If you were displayed the order confirmation page (including your order reference) then your order has gone through. If you're still unsure please check your order history in the "My account" section of the website.
What happens when I receive a discount?
If you receive from us an extra 10 % or more discount on each order. We will ascribe this discount permanently to Your account so it is automatically calculated every time when you do shopping.
I've moved house since I last ordered, how do I change my address?
You will have the opportunity to change your billing and delivery addresses during the checkout process.

Where will my training course take place?

Does the beginner gel and acrylic course give a kit and what qualification will I get?
The 6 Day course covers all aspects on course with the use of the gel or acrylic method Includes a professional gel or acrylic kit. The certificate is awarded by Vision Nails and is very well received in the beauty industry as we are well known for having an excellent quality product that all nail technicians and their clients love. Our education has a first class reputation in Ireland.
Do I need to pay a deposit when booking a class?
Booking fees are required upon booking to secure your place. We are happy to accept grants for our courses. Please contact Alex directly and she will be delighted to assist you with your documentation.
Can your products be used whilst pregnant?
We always recommend you seek the advise of a doctor if you have any concerns about using the products whilst pregnant.
