Prices of goods are in euros. The company reserves the right to review prices of goods. This review in price will not apply to orders already placed with payment fully processed. The company reserves the right to update catalogue details at any time. This may entail the removal of certain products.

Customer Complaints

All products offered by us are guaranteed by the terms and conditions of the manufacturing company. In the case of possible complaints please contact Vision Nails. When contacting Vision Nails please have the order number(s) and full details of your complaint included , to help us process your query without delay. According to "Law from the 02.03.2000 day of the year about  the safeguard of some laws of consumers and about the responsibility for the loss caused by the dangerous product", upon receipt of goods the customer has 5 days to return goods if damaged , goods returned must be in original packing and sent to the Vision Nails business address. Goods returned are done so at the customer’s expense.

In the event that goods reach you in an unacceptable manner and you wish to return same to Vision Nails , the cost of return of goods are to be borne by the customer.
